The tentative total amount of the project (including tax) is RMB 120,249,388.80 (in words: one hundred and twenty million two hundred and forty-nine thousand three hundred and eighty-eight yuan and eight cents), and the final audited value shall prevail.
Project content and scale: The total construction area of the 1#-8# plant engineering in the 1.1 phase is 52,740.96 square meters.
Scope of engineering contracting: Scope of construction contracting: general contracting and warranty maintenance of civil engineering, decoration, installation, and renovation within the scope of bidding, as well as outdoor supporting park roads, squares, landscaping, rainwater and sewage pipe networks, strong power supporting, weak power intelligent supporting, gas supporting, tap water supporting, etc.
